White people also do not find themselves being placed in jobs that do not go with their race. For example, black people will most likely be seen in occupations such as support positions or garbage positions. White people will be seen as bankers and executives. If you go into a jail or a prison, you will see the majority of prisoners to be black and Hispanic. Very rarely do you see many white people in jail. The problem is that the authorities are so busy trying to catch "black and Hispanic" criminals that they tend to ignore and forget the white people's crimes.

Poor black female offenders, for example, are seen to be a whole different group when it comes to deviance compared to the white female offenders. Compared to men offenders, they are also treated more severely. White females are seen as "tender, warm, quiet and gentle", but African American females are seen as "aggressive, rebellious, rude and loud". This is not true in general.
